Level of Arousal

Seeking the optimal level of arousal for each athlete based on the needs of the moment. A very high level is not always the best option.

Attention/Concentration

Training of attentional skills to identify relevant stimuli during task execution. Analyzing where to focus attention at each moment.

Analyze and foster the level of basic, everyday motivation so that it serves as fuel for achieving our goals.

As an emotional response, it can manifest in many ways; the goal is to achieve an adaptive response to this psychological and physiological manifestation.
