A personalized experience where you will train your mental strength and learn to apply concrete mental strategies in the moments where you normally lose performance: pressure, stress, mistakes, fatigue, expectations, and competition.

Become aware of your thoughts and how they influence your emotions and, therefore, your performance.
Session 4. Managing arousal level, stress, nerves, and competitive anxiety

Mistakes happen and trigger a physical, mental, and emotional reaction. Learn how to manage these moments that can take you out of the competition.
Session 9. Working on the Invisibles
Build a strong and consistent identity; work to be an athlete 24/7.
Session 10. Final Integration and Continuity Plan
